How atheists switch off the Enlightenment
Some say atheists are boring, hypocritical cranks. On the other hand, a majority of atheists self-report as extremely clever, noble, and dashing. Which view is more accurate?
Are atheists freethinkers or has the corporate media crammed atheist minds into a tiny wooden box and nailed it shut?
Is atheism a sky full of bright shining intellects displayed like sparkling gems on a firmament of black velvet or a dismal reeking swamp where said intellects crawl off to die?
Let’s consider the main characteristics of atheism:
Reductionism
What are you but a squishy machine filled with red liquid, a shaky tower built of quivering blocks of jello, a contraption held up by a framework of sticks?
Elitism & Intolerance
The bleak atheist world view is embraced almost exclusively by the most perverse elements of the upper class. Consequently the interests of atheism are served by disempowering the people (while feigning great love for the people).
Opposition to Science
Science is the process of finding patterns in the physical world. Kepler and Maxwell and many other scientists have discovered elegant, beautiful equations that describe the universe. Atheists can’t accept a designed universe so they ought to repudiate science.
Alienation from Reality
Atheism results in hostility toward and disconnection from reality.
